Careers

Why Work With Us

We specialize in repairing and improving buildings of real character and significance. These aren't ordinary jobs; they are heritage assets that deserve proper care. Our approach is unique, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern systems to ensure every project meets the highest standards.

As we grow, we are looking for dedicated people to join our small, professional team. We value every contribution and offer a stable, rewarding environment.

What we offer:

  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: Including proper holidays and a focus on well-being.

  • Local Work: Primarily based within our 30-mile radius with sensible hours.

  • Career Growth: The opportunity to build your skills as the company expands.

If you enjoy practical problem-solving and want to be part of a team building real momentum in the heritage sector, we want to hear from you.

Site Supervisor

The role of Heritage Site Supervisor sits at the heart of what we do. It’s a hands-on position for someone who understands how buildings go together, takes pride in doing things properly, and is comfortable leading from the front. You’ll be working on historic properties where the detail matters — coordinating trades, maintaining standards on site, and making sure each stage of the work is carried out with care and common sense.

This isn’t a desk-based management role. It’s about being present, setting the tone on site, and working alongside a small team to deliver high-quality results. The projects are varied, often challenging, and require a practical approach rather than a theoretical one. If you’ve got a good grounding in construction, an eye for detail, and the confidence to take responsibility, it’s a role where you can make a real difference.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, straightforward, and take quiet pride in their work. In return, you’ll be part of a team that values skill, trusts its people, and focuses on getting the job done properly.

Marketing Administrator

The role of Marketing Administrator supports how we present our work and communicate with the outside world. It’s a practical position for someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable handling a mix of content, admin, and day-to-day coordination. You’ll be helping to keep our website, social media, and marketing materials up to date, ensuring everything reflects the quality of the work we carry out.

This isn’t about grand campaigns or buzzwords. It’s about consistency — making sure information is clear, accurate, and well presented. That might include uploading project updates, preparing simple brochures, managing enquiries, or keeping records of what’s been produced and where it’s used. You’ll be working closely with the team, turning what’s happening on site into straightforward, useful content.

We’re looking for someone who is methodical, reliable, and takes pride in getting the detail right. An interest in buildings, design, or heritage would be helpful, but a good attitude and willingness to learn matter more.

It’s a varied role where no two days are quite the same, and where good organisation makes a real difference.
